Brenda received her Bachelor of Arts- Counselling Track in 2014 and furthered her studies by receiving her Masters of Counselling Psychology in 2017. Brenda is interested in working with older teenagers, as well as adults, who are having challenges with life situations such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, as well as those healing from various types of abuse. Brenda offers Christian counsel to those who would desire it; but it is not required and is only offered upon request.

Melanie Waddell
With a person-centred approach to therapy, Melanie works with children and youth (ages 8-19), helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, and trauma recovery. She brings a wealth of experience from working with youth in group homes, schools, camps, and pregnancy care centres.

Melanie’s therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, and she is currently working toward certification in EMDR. She also offers Christian counselling upon request.

Julie Willbond
Julie holds a master’s degree in social work and is registered to practice in both New Brunswick and Ontario.
With 17 years of experience, she offers virtual psychotherapy for adults and young people, supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, loss, and healing with a strengths-based, anti-oppressive approach as well as offering EMDR!
Outside of work, Julie loves nachos, singing in harmony, and has recently returned to ice skating after 20 years. She’s also a lover of moonlit skies—reminding us to find wonder in the everyday.
