Appointments
& Scheduling
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can book online through our website or call us directly at 506-560-0701. Many of our practitioners also offer direct booking through their personal online portals.

Q: Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
A: No referral is needed for most of our services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, athletic therapy, counseling, dietetics, and occupational therapy. However, some extended health plans may require a referral for reimbursement—please check with your insurance provider.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Q: Do you offer care for children?
A: Yes! We offer pediatric occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and mental health counseling tailored to children and youth.

Q: Can I access your services if I don’t have a family doctor?
A: Absolutely. Our allied health services are available to all patients, regardless of their primary care status. You can also call 811 to add your name to the New Brunswick family doctor waitlist.

A: We are located at 10 Park Street, Sussex, New Brunswick inside the Ark Health Collective building.
Q: Is the clinic accessible for individuals with mobility needs?
A: Yes. Our facility is fully accessible, with ground-level entry and wheelchair-accessible treatment rooms and washrooms.

A: Hours vary slightly by provider, but our general front desk hours are:

Products & Bracing
Q: Do you sell braces or orthopedic supports?
A: Yes, we offer both custom and non-custom orthopedic bracing, supports, and therapeutic products. These can be purchased in person.

Q: Can I get fitted for a brace at your clinic?
A: Yes. Our physiotherapists and athletic therapists are trained to assess and fit braces appropriately for your needs.
